Note: any news items/articles will be put on the Message Board.
PS: since additions/amendments to the Links pages will be continuous they will usually not be mentioned as such.
March 2002
While I have only been
doing "housekeeping" ie. refreshing the events page, updating the shopping
guide, adding new websites to the links sections and rechecking the old links
etc I thought I better make a newer entry to mention that these types of
activities are always underway.

the anime to be screened at the Glen Eira - Ogaki Japanese Festival, accessible

January 6th 1999 (and onwards).
well
have almost finished entering the list of web sites I obtained from the various
Search Engines, the next step being to retry those sites that were unavailable
when I went to visit for whatever reason (they sensed I was
coming?)
December 30th, 1998
well almost half way through the
list of web sites I obtained from the various Search
Engines.
December 21st, 1998
well almost one
quarter of the way through the list of web sites I obtained from the various
Search Engines for possible inclusion in the expanded Links section. Interesting the number of sites that no longer exist or where I can find no
connection what-so-ever between my search criteria and the web site the a
particular Search Engine came up with.
December 13th,
1998
added Evangelion Links page and started on Anime at Aussiecon 3
page. More work on Links pages.
December 7th,
1998
finally starting to enter the new expanded Links pages, expect this will
probably occupy me for the rest of this month. Added RoboMAC entry to the RPG
game section.
November 14th, 1998
managed to get
computer to acknowledge that yes, it did actually still have a hard disk. Added
some entries to the Events page. Put the bottom navigation bar on all pages -
the idea of using the 'shared border' function so that I only have to enter the
links once is nice but this function has stopped working at least twice leaving
me to finally notice "that's strange I thought I had a navigation bar on that
page, and that one and . . . "
October 17th, 1998
minor
changes to wording, most effort on working with Search Engines in preparation
for a somewhat expanded Australian Links page.
October,
4th, 1998
finally implemented Message Board section, and updated the
Screening Details.
September 20th, 1998
finally got
round to updating the Main Collectors Anime listing.
9
August 1998:
more work on Odds'N'Ends section. Do work reviewing the 'Review"
section, changing wording and adding more shows.
Late July 1998
added details of anime being shown at the 47th Melbourne International
Film Festival. Do a lot of work on "Reviews" and put a couple of initial entries
on the "OddsN'Ends" pages. For the various "Game" pages moved the hyperlinks to
the respective companies to the bottom of those sections in line with advice
from various "How To . . " web page design guides.
Early
July 1998
mainly recover from putting on anime video program at Arcanacon
plus the usual work on the site - add new links, change wording of various
sections, move Arcanacon XVI from "Coming Events" to "Recent Events" section
etc.
Late June 1998
still making alterations to the web
pages. Added Swinburne Anime Society with link to their web site and mentioned
Monash University Anime Club.
Early June 1998
I have taken over the responsibility in looking after this site from fellow founder
Robert Thompson. True to the idea that a new broom may sweep clean but it will
at the least raise a lot of dust, I have made some changes to the site format and
have added the "Events", "Games" and "Shopping Guide" pages. Also did work on arranging an anime video program for Arcanacon XVI.
