Australia's National Multicultural Broadcaster.  The Australian TV station that has a history of showing awareness of the wide scope of anime, that it is not all cartoons for kids.  Having shown movies like Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Porco Rosso in prime time, and screening the Neon Genesis Evangelion series.from January to March 1999.

Channel Seven a free to air, broadcast TV channel.  Has shown Sailor Moon in the early morning 'Cartoon Connection' show.

Are licenced manufacturers and distributors using supplied masters and their own artwork.  Their catalogue includes short descriptions of those videos.  "Siren Entertainment have been the leading single distributor of anime in Australia in the 90s.   As the Australian distributors Manga Entertainment, Siren have brought some of the most exciting OVA's ever made to the small screen: highlights including Kawajri's electrifying Ninja Scroll, Mamouru Oshi's wondrous Ghost in the Shell and Patlabor series, as well as Gisaburo Sugi's Streetfighter animes.  In 1997 Siren became the first distributor in the world to release Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy in colour, which has gone on to sell 100, 000 tapes.  As the sub distributors for Madman Entertainment, Siren have also played a large part in bringing the deservedly acclaimed Neon Genesis Evangelion to public notice in Australia."
